Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us within 14 days.
If you wish to return goods you have ordered, please contact us and we will get back with a return note as well as instructions regarding the procedure.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned goods.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO A RETURN,
- Make a return announcement,by contacting us via our online contact form. Please include your name and order number and that you wish to return your goods. You can write either in Swedish or English.
- We will send you a return form via e-mail. Complete this form with as many details as you can.
- Pack the items in their original package and wrap the items properly. Enclose the return form in your package so we know what you are sending back and why.
- Submit the package for delivery. Save your receipt, and a note any tracking number.
- Once your return has arrived to us, we will refund you. Refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Important to keep in mind when you make a return
The goods should be packed, if possible, in the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, you are responsible to pack the goods in a safe way. In order to be able to process your return, we require details of your order, so don't forget to enclose the return form in your package so we get all the information that we need in order to be able to quickly process your return.
Complaints
If you receive a package and discover that it is visibly damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to the delivery office.
If you have received the wrong item, the item is damaged or if there are any other problems that may arise, please contact us using our contact us form within seven (7) calendar dayss. Always include your name and order number in the email. Please attach a picture if the product is defective, and a picture, if there is external damage to the package.
In the event of returning such a product, we will send you a pre-paid return label and a return form in which we would like you to tell us what items you are returning and why. Keep in mind that it is you who is responsible for ensuring that the shipment will arrive intact. Pack in the original packaging and enclose the return form in your package.
We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if it is shown that the goods are defective in accordance with applicable law. If complaints arise, we will follow the guidelines from the national board for consumer Complaints.
If you've chosen invoice as the payment method, please note that it is to be paid, even if the product is made. The eventual settlement of the invoice is made after the matter has been dealt with.
Refunds
We will refund you the full value of the contract within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card or direct debit, the refund is issued to the same account that you are using.
When the return is completed will we send you a confirmation email to tell you that the refund has been processed,
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you need to place a new order on our web site for the product that you want and return the unwanted goods to us in accordance with the above instructions for the right of return. You are then responsible for the shipping costs. We will send the new item to you as soon as possible, and once we have received your return we will make a refund. The repayment is made in accordance with the information above.
